1. Order Confirmation & Payment Issues
1. Select a category (Women, Men, Kids,Sale) to explore.
2. Once you have done so, choose your size under the dropdown menu of an item and click “Add to Cart”. You will see a number appear next to the shopping bag icon indicating the number of items you have in your cart.
3. When you are ready to check out, click on the bag icon and you will be taken to a page with a summary of the items you wish to purchase.
4. Click on “Proceed to checkout”
5. Enter your details and address and click “Pay now”.
Order confirmation emails can sometimes land in spam/junk folders—please check there first. If it’s not there, contact us with your email address and order number so we can resend the confirmation.
Please double-check your card details, billing address, and available balance. If the issue persists, try using a different payment method or contact your card provider.

Delivery is expected to be within 3-7 business days. Please note, shipping times are based on the time from collection and are intended to be indicative only. Asahara cannot bear responsibility for circumstances beyond its control such as delays in clearing customs, payment approval and other such matters. Asahara has chosen to look after their customers as they would like to be treated, therefore our Shipping on all orders OVER $99USD is free.
Yes we insure every package while in transit to our customers.
Tracking updates depend on the carrier and customs processing. If your order has been in the same status for several days, let us know so we can check with the shipping partner.

3. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Go to your account at the top right corner where it says your name. Click "Create Return" next to the order you would like to return and follow the prompts. If youencounterany problems, please contact our customer service at customerservice@asahara.co If you checked out as a guest, please sign up for an account with the same email address you used to make the order andinitiatea return from there.
At this time exchanges may not be processed automatically on the site—please contact support with your order number and the item you’d like instead so we can help you.
Please note that refunds may take up to 10 working days to process due to varying processing times between payment providers. To ensure your refund is as quick as possible, please see our Returns Policy
Returns outside the stated policy may be accepted at our discretion but may not qualify for a refund. Please contact us for review.
4. Afterpay & Payment Plans
Asahara accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Afterpay.
Afterpay
Afterpay is a deferred payment service that allows you to shop today and pay in four payments every 2 weeks without interest. The first payment is taken when you place an order and the three remaining payments will be automatically taken from your chosen credit or debit card every 2 weeks. You can also log into your Afterpay account to view all payments due and make payments in advance. There is a limit of $2000 AUD per order made with Afterpay. Afterpay will attempt payment again on the next scheduled date. If multiple attempts fail, your order might be cancelled. For help, log into your Afterpay account or contact Afterpay support directly. (Asahara.co)
5. Account & Security
No, you may place an order as a guest. However, we highly recommend that you sign up for an account so you can track and review purchases from your account. You can also save your address and personal details which will allow for a smoother shopping experience next time.
Log into your Asahara account, go to “Account Settings,” and update your email or other details. For help, contact support.
On the Log In page, click on the “Forgot password” link and we will email you instructions to reset your password.
We use secure checkout and industry-standard encryption to protect your personal and payment information. No Credit card or financial details or information is stored on our servers.
6. Product & Inventory
For restock updates, please sign up for notifications on the product page so we can alert you when it’s available again. In addition, All stock levels are live and will automatically re-appear on our site once it is available again.
Currently we don’t provide gift wrapping as a standard option, but please contact us for special requests. We cant offer or accommodate special requests atm. But are working on our own customised luxury packaging for the future, so stay tuned!
7. International Shipping & Customs
International orders may be subject to local customs duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer and vary by destination. We Offer Free Express Shipping on Orders over $99 AUD. All Customs, Duties & Taxes are included in our price.Orders are Dispatched within 24 hours after Payment & Confirmation and Delivered within 3-7 Days Worldwide.
You may need to contact your local customs office for clarification. Once you have obtained this, please contact us and If there’s any issue from our end, we’ll most definitely support you.
